Shipping Policy
We deliver our products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders for stock on hand will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. The majority of our moulds are custom made to order, there could be a lead time of sereral weeks due to manufacturing, so please consider this when placing an order for a mould. Shipping times are dependant on your location. We send all packages via Express Post, for both Domestic and International orders. We find the slight extra cost well worth the expedited delivery times and the ability to track your packages. A tracking number is sent with all orders, please ensure you are providing us with a valid and correct email address. We can ship to all areas of Australia and most International countries where our products are legally able to be shipped. If your country is not listed in the shipping options at checkout, then we are unable to ship to your country. Customs forms will never be falsified for content description or dollar value.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Please contact us before sending any item/s back for a refund. If a bullet mould is faulty or not as described, we will endeavour to repair the item, if that is not an option, we will make you a new mould, if that is not an option, then we will happily refund the cost of the item to you.
